FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Parties include 1.5 hours of party time and 2 hours of total room access.

    You may enter the room 15 minutes before your party starts and must finish 15 minutes after it ends.

    Example:

    A 10:00am party can arrive at 9:45am and must finish by 11:45am.

    Party times cannot be extended.

  • Minimum age: 4 years

    Maximum age: No limit

    Maximum attendees: 18 children

    Final guest numbers and guest names must be provided by the Monday before the party.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking.

    Deposits must be paid within 2 days of booking to confirm your date and time.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food.

    • Facilities available:

    • Microwave

    • Small oven

    • Ice-cream cakes are welcome, but please let us know in advance so freezer space can be arranged.

  • Face painters and entertainers are welcome, provided they do not interfere with the party schedule.

    Face painters must:

    • Check in with staff on arrival

    • Set up where directed

    • They usually work best at the beginning of the party or while children are eating.

  • Siblings are welcome to attend as long as the party parent is aware.

    They may enter the party room but cannot paint or use supplies unless they are included on the guest list.

  • Guests who do not arrive on the day will be charged at half price, provided the minimum party numbers have been met.
